How to Submit a Refund Request
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit the refund request to support team with the following information:
Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID;
The Email Address That You Used to Make the Purchase;
The Reason Why You Would Like a Refund.
We will deal with the refund request within 24 hours on business days based on the terms set out below.
1. Syncios offers a 5-day money-back guarantee on the one-year subscription of all products, and 30-day on the lifetime plan. Your money back guarantee starts from the moment your payment has been made.
2. The Automatic Renewal is enabled by default. But no worries, the service is optional and can be disabled at any time. For example, after finishing the order, you will receive an email with a license included, where there is a link to cancel automatic renewal. Please click it to disable the renew subscription. Circumstances of No Refund
We cannot offer a refund in the following circumstances. Depending on these circumstances, we may exchange the software for you if you don’t need the one you’ve purchased.
A refund request due to your mistake and the problem is not product-related. For example, purchase of an incorrect program, downloading an incorrect version, not enough available disk storage on your computer; you change your mind after the purchase, etc.
A refund request due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the products functions and capabilities because you failed to read the product description carefully before purchasing. However, Syncios can exchange the purchased product for the correct product from our webiste.
A refund request for the product price differences between different regions and sellers.
A refund request due to the purchase of so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
A refund request due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. Syncios cooperates with third-party payment processing services, so we are not able to monitor authorization during payment. Please contact your card issuer to resolve the matter. Syncios is always here to help if we can.
A refund request due to the failure to receive registration code within two hours after placing a successful order. Syncios's system will automatically send a registration email as soon as the payment has been received. However, due to internet or system failures, email spam settings, email typo, etc., there might be some delay. In this case, you can contact our support team to retrieve the registration code.
A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the Syncios support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the Syncios support team.
A refund request for the order has already exceeded refund period.
A refund request for invalid code which caused by improper operation of the user.
A refund request for no reason.
Syncios offers refunds for the following circumstances within the guidelines of its Money Back Guarantee.
Purchase of a ‘wrong product', and then purchase the correct product from our company. In this case, Syncios will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.
Purchase of the same product twice or purchase of two products with similar functions. In this case, Syncios will refund one of the products for you, or swap one program for another Syncios product.
The customer does not receive their registration code and got no response from our support team within 24 hours, Syncios will refund the customer's order if they have no need of the product in future.
Software purchased has terminal technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 30 days. In this case, Syncios will refund the purchase price if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.
You are unaware that it is an auto-renew order and you didn’t receive the auto-renew notification in your email inbox before the auto-renew occurred. You should contact us within 7 days of the auto-renewal, and we will offer a refund.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please:
