Step 1 : Download and installSyncios Data Transfer to your computer and launch the program properly.
Step 2 : Before connecting Xiaomi Mi 8 or another Android phone to computer, you need turn on the USB debugging mode on your Xiaomi Mi 8 or another Android phone. Go to Settings > About Phone > Tap on Miui Version/Build number repeatedly until it says "You are now a developer". Then return and find the Developer options and turn on the USB debugging mode. Step 4 : After connecting both devices successfully, The old device should appear on the left panel as the source device and the new Xiaomi Mi 8 should be on the right panel as the target device. A Flip button on the middle functions as a position exchanging button.
